How the day is laid out

A new swim in Lake Raku and split transitions

The swim has moved to Lake Raku, a single loop in clear water over a sandy bed; the organiser gives an average depth of 6.4 m and presents the new venue as more stable than the previous one. T1 is next to the lake, on Karuse and Sinirebase streets. The bike heads south through Vääna and Tutermaa and ends at T2, in front of the Unibet Arena, beside the finish.

The run makes two laps with views of Tallinn Bay. The organiser describes the course as fast and flat, unless the wind plays a trick. Air stays cool: the course page lists highs of 24 °C in 2024, 19 °C in 2025 and 20 °C in 2026, and no measured water temperature.
