Cookie policy

Last updated on 23 September 2026.

Strictly necessary

The site remembers your consent choice in a cookie (, six months). It is necessary to respect that choice and does not identify you.

Marketing: Stay22 accommodation links

With your consent to the “Marketing” category, the site loads a script from Stay22, an accommodation affiliate partner. It turns links to booking sites into affiliate links, so the site may earn a commission if you book, at no extra cost to you. Stay22 then stores identifiers in your browser (local storage) and receives the pages you visit here. Without your consent, the script is not loaded and nothing is sent. See Stay22’s privacy policy.

Accommodation map

On a race page, the accommodation map is only loaded when you click to display it. It is then served by Stay22, which may set its own cookies.

Changing your mind

The “Cookie preferences” link at the bottom of every page reopens the choices. Withdrawing consent reloads the page, and the script is no longer loaded.

Administration

The administration area, used only by the site’s editors, sets a session cookie and a security token cookie, strictly necessary for signing in and never set on public pages.
