The organiser states that the Solo Point Five needs no support car, crew or support runner, which opens it to more athletes than the full Greek Hero. It presents the race as a way to get a flavour of extreme triathlon.

The 92 km bike uses roads open to traffic, with 2,200 m of climbing according to the organiser; the 20 km run follows trails and dirt roads. Bikes go into transition at Ipsos beach between 06:30 and 07:00, and the start is at 07:10 on 10 April 2027. The technical briefing is compulsory and held online.
