How the day is laid out

The swim is held in a reservoir. The wetsuit call is made on race morning, against the temperature measured then.

Bike and wetsuit rules

The organiser accepts gravel bikes and e-bikes as well as mountain bikes. The wetsuit is mandatory whatever the water temperature, a safety rule set for the swim in the Gileppe dam lake, and swimming the course in the days before the race is not allowed. Minimum age is 14 in the year of the race.
